Ring alarm and alexa

Question

My Ring Alarm has stopped working with all my Alexa devices in the last few days. If I go into the Alexa app, it says 'security sounds on Echo not reachable,' and if I tap that, it says Ring is unreachable, but all my cameras and everything still work, just the Ring Alarm with Alexa. I have run through every troubleshooting scenario available, and still nothing works. Has something changed with the skill, or is it a bug in Ring?
