Resolving issues
How long does it take for staff at ring to resolve a issue. It’s been 2 weeks and counting with emails and phone calls to the US. All specified items request have been supplied and still no answer. What’s the process you have in place to resolving these issue. Keep the customer in the loop would be something that all company do regardless of CV19.
