Removing a keypad that doesn't exist

I am removing my ring alarm system, but keeping my cameras, and I have removed all but the base station and one of the keypads. Trouble is that i cannot find that keypad and so I cant complete all the steps in the removal process. How do I remove it? Also, the basestation doesnt seem to have a remove device button. How do I remove the base station? Thank you Jim

Hi @Oklahoma\_Jim. Try following these steps. Open the Ring app and select - Menu \> Devices \> Alarm Base Station \> Keypad \> (Gear Icon) \> Advanced Options \> Remove Failed Device \> Remove. This will remove the device automatically. I hope this helps
