Recently installed Ring Outdoor Stickup Cam Plugin. I also have a video doorbell and 3 indoor Ring cameras. When viewing the Dashboard via the ring.com website, I see 'Camera Previews Not Available' for the Outdoor camera. When I view the Dashboard on my iPhone (iOS app), the preview shows up fine. All other camera previews appear fine on both the website and the iPhone. Sometimes when view via the website the Outdoor camera preview will appear, but it with very long update intervals (several minutes). WiFi signal strength is -58. Speedtest at that location is 30Mbps down & 30Mbps upload. I've reset the Outdoor camera and the WiFi router with no change. Thanks for any suggestions you can provide.

Hi @litzdog911. Do you have more information about this? What browser are you using and what version are you using? Are you using a VPN? Do you have Modes for Cameras active? This information will provide us valuable information and guide us in troubleshoting.

I am having the same issue and it started a couple of days ago, but it's on ALL my cameras.

Offline at night

troubleshooting

Our ring doorbell 2 keeps going offline during the night 2-4am. WiFi is on and router showing all green. Doesn’t happen in the day only at night. Any suggestions?

Hey @Gem0611. Some ISPs will run updates on their systems late at night, which could be restricting the Doorbell from being connected. In addition, you may need to ensure you have the proper ports and protocols opened to have the Ring Device fully functioning with the wifi 24/7. If you could, please reach out to your ISP, ensure the ports and protocols listed [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/205385394-The-Protocols-and-Ports-Used-by-Ring-Devices) are covered for, and see if they can find any disconnect with devices around this time frame and isolate it further!
