Motion Sensor relentless notifications

I am having difficulty with a Motion Sensor that constantly announced itself everytime it detects motion. I have tried the following: DISABLED MOTIONS NOTIFICATIONS --- DELETED THE SENSOR FROM THE DEVICES -- RESET THE MOTION SENSOR WITH A PAPER CLIP -- REMOVED THE BATTERIES -- Still announces itself every time it detects motion. Driving me crazy, I don't need this information everytime I walk into the room or a pet does. How to make it STOP!
