I have a number of motion detectors, keypads and contact sensors. Within about an hour, all of the motion detctors and keypads went off line (not all at the same time). But all of the contact sensors remain offline. All devices are spreadout in different locations, so it does not appear to be related to a particular area. Are there any possible issues / solutions?

Hi @user61087. If your Keypads and Motion Detectors are offline, while your Contact Sensors are not, it's either a signal or power issue. Check that the batteries are not dead, and replace them if they are. The battery in the Keypad can be charged using the provided charging cable. After verifying that it's not a power issue, try moving the offline devices closer to the Base Station first to see if they reconnect. If the devices still don't reconnect, you can perform a [factory reset](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000071906-How-to-Factory-Reset-Your-Ring-Alarm-Devices) and add them back into the system. Should this issue persist, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406#callus). Request to speak with the Ring Alarm team specifically so they can look into this further.
