Issue Connecting Sensor

I am having an issue connecting one of my door/window sensors and looking for some help. It connected originally for a few minutes, then got disconnected somehow. Now it won't reconnect. I have tried removing the battery, waiting a few days, and trying a different battery....nothing seems to work. Thanks in advance!
