How do I transfer ownership of ring alarm

When I try to set up the Ring alarm in my new home I am alerted that the device is registered to someone else. I cannot find how to initiate transfer for the Alarm. (I was able to do it successfully for the doorbell/cam and stick-up cam, but the option is missing for the alarm)
