Gen2 Contact Sensor Tampered No Longer Tampered Repeat
The other night when in Home mode, the alarm went off in the middle of the night because one of the contact sensors on a window registered as 'Tampered'. After taking a quick look, nothing looked off about the sensor, the battery showed full, the window was closed, etc. But when I looked at the device history, it showed that the sensor was "Tampered" and then "No Longer Tampered" and then "Tampered" and then "No Longer Tampered" several times all showing the same minute time-stamp.. so I'm guessing it just kept cycling between the two states until I disarmed and it left it in "Tampered" state (but the alarm was in Disarmed mode). The next morning, I went to try to reset the Tamper, but all I did was open the window and it suddenly went from Tamper to No Longer Tampered. I've never had issues with this sensor before (over a year), and I'm trying to figure out what caused it to go into Tamper/Not Tampered repeatedly when I didn't do anything to alter the states. And since the last time it went to No Longer Tampered, it hasn't triggered Tampered again for several days. I also looked in the history to see if it's possible it's been going through the Tamper/Not Tamper states in the past when Disarmed so I wouldn't know, but it hasn't. Any ideas? Thank you.
