I have a contact sensor that said it was not connected to the system. But the battery symbol was fully green. I removed the batteries, tested them - about 0.4V. Replaced with new all OK. Is it a common situation where the batteries are FLAT but the App shows them fully green?

Hi @user27383. Typically the Ring app would reflect that the battery is low before it is drained completely. It's possible this was a one-off experience, but I'm glad to hear the Contact Sensor is working properly after the batteries were replaced.
