Is the door sensor able to work outside? I want to put a sensor on my pool gate door.

    Hi @KyleJ. The Contact Sensor does need to be within range to connect to the Base Station, and the system is designed for indoor use. This means it is not weather-resistant so I wouldn't recommend using a Contact Sensor outside as the weather could cause damage. I hope this information helps answer your questions. :)
