Contact sensor tampered by itself
Hi all - was sleeping at night when my contact sensor got "tampered" which triggered the alarm. It was 4:29am. Per the event history it "untampered" itself 1 min later. I checked, noone tampered it, cover was still on etc. Do i have a faulty contact sensor? Many thanks.

Hey @Munky. Is it possible that anyone or anything may have bumped into the sensor, causing this to happen? If this happens again or seems to be without a prompt from anyone or thing in the home, it may be a good idea to follow up with our support team on this concern. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times.
