Contact Sensor Replacement Parts

I’ve looked on the actual website and tried to contact support but it seems like there are no replacement parts for your contact sensors. I am missing some of the backplates and my batteries are showing, I move for my job and bought ring because of the ease of setup. Will probably have to look at other systems because replacing all the parts every move is not feasible. I have seen others who are looking for the same parts as well.

Hi @user45066. When moving, it's best to ensure that you bring *all* parts of the Contact Sensor with you. Replacement parts are not available for purchase. For that, you'll have to contact our support team. You can send us a private message on Facebook @Ring.
