Connect US Retrofit system with NL Camara and security system
I have a full ring system in Aruba, in the Caribean and separate country in the Dutch Kingdom. I have bought 8 camera's, doorbel, and security system in the Netherlands. Our windows and doors have integrated magnets with wires which we could connect to an alarm system. I decided to buy the Retrofit system in the US as this is also from Ring. Now this Retrofit system can not connect because its not supported by the NL ring system. However Ring is supporting also third party systems, so why is it not possible to connect the retrofit system which is even their own brand. I have invested extra to have these invisible magnets in our windows and doors and would like to hear a way how to connect this system.

Hi @19999. The Retrofit Alarm Kit is only available for purchase and use in the United States at this time. We advise against purchasing Ring devices from one country to use in another country, and we cannot guarantee a device purchased in another country will work properly.
