Hi @BSB3705. Make sure the cover for the Motion Detector is fully snapped into place, otherwise it will show a Tampered message. If you've made sure the cover is fully on, try [resetting the Motion Detector](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000071906-How-to-Factory-Reset-Your-Ring-Alarm-Devices) and setting it back up in the Ring App. Let me know if that helps clear the Tampered message in the Ring App! :)
