I just got a new wifi system and i am trying to connect my ring doorbell wired to it. However, i dont have the box i dont have thr qr code on the back and i don't have pin either. I about ready to throw it all away and say screw it. Which is sad cuz i loved my ring camera.

Hi @Tanundson1. When [changing the wifi network](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) on a Doorbell Wired, you need to remove the faceplate, which requires removing the security screw on the bottom of the device with the security screwdriver that was provided. Once the faceplate is removed, you will see the setup button and the QR code on the right side of the device.
