Just a little mix up I think, because when adding a motion detector you don't set it up by selecting Base Station. But I can see how that can easily be confusing.To "Add a Device" scroll down to the very bottom of your main dashboard and tap the "Plus-Sign" that says, " **Set Up A Device**". You can also get to the same part another way by selecting the Main Menu (the 3 horizontal line upper-left-corner of dashboard) \> select "Devices" and then you'll see a blue circle with a "Plus-sign" in it. Select that. Then:- select **Security Devices**- **Sensors** (not Base Station)- **Motion Detector** for Ring Alarm (2nd Gen)- and then select **READY ** and follow the instructions.I hope this helps you. :)
