Add rules to trigger z-wave relay when alarm going off

It would be great if the option of rules creation was added to the app. this would allow users to utilize sirens from different manufacturers by triggering them via relay modules. It would be nice to have all my perimeter lights turn on if my alarm goes off in the middle of the night.
