1st Gen Ring Alarm Keypad sounds distorted
My ring alarm keypad has started to sound distorted. I have it connected with the AC plug and it’s the closest to the range extender.

Could you try removing the Keypad from your Alarm Base Station, resetting the Keypad following the instructions [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000071906-How-to-Completely-Reset-Your-Alarm-Devices), and then re-set up the device?
