Unjust Billing Practices and Hidden Fees: A Customer's Experience

I would like to express my strong dissatisfaction with this company regarding their billing practices. I was charged $49.99 USD for years instead of $59.99 CAD, and I was not informed that billing could be conducted in Canadian dollars. Additionally, I was charged a 13% Canadian tax on the USD amount, which I find to be quite unfair and misleading. This situation feels like a significant rip-off, and I am far from impressed with the service provided. I would appreciate it if you could rectify this situation and ensure that other customers are made aware of their billing options.
