Inside Chime will not connect
troubleshooting
My older generation of my inside chime will not work. Tried turning off phone, moving to another outlet. Have not had any wifi changes. Working for camera, internet and tv. Any suggestions to help as it would be very nice to have the chime work inside. The doorbell rings very well on the outside of the house. Please help.

Hi @user_769e00. Try resetting it by pressing and holding the setup button on it while it's plugged in for 20–25 seconds. Then try reconnecting it to your Wi-Fi to see if it connects.
