What happens if I upgrade from the basic plan to the standard plan? I have already paid for 1 year for the Basic plans for 2 devices. Do I lose all the months (1 year) I have already paid for the Basic plans?

24/7 View isn't continuous
We started to use the new 24/7 continuous view feature with our wired cameras but our view from browser is not still a fully continuous view. Longer than before but still it still stops at every 20 minutes or so. Anyone else with the same experience?

Upgrade from home basic cost
I've just purchased a new doorbell and camera, my subscription auto renewed last week. I need to upgrade my plan, it looks as though I'll need to pay £80 for a new subscription when though I've just payed £50. How does that work?
