Won’t reset

I need help! My ring doorbell just stopped working… when it is on the charger it will only light up half way and it won’t reset when I use the orange button. Has anyone had this happen?? Thanks!

Hi @user51577. Can you share what specific model doorbell you are having the issue with? Is this hardwired or battery operated?
