Wired Doorbell is offline and not going in setup mode

Hey all. I just joined the community and am looking for some help. My wired doorbell went offline but is still illuminated blue. I push the orange reset button and also tried a hard reset but nothing happened. I rebooted my router and turned the power off and back on for the doorbell. Before I cut the power there were 2 red lights visible on the doorbell , powered back on and they were out. Any suggestions?
