Why will my door bell not recognize people anymore?

Got a new Ring Pro 2, with Chime 2 Pro. First i got "person detection" working as normal, but now i only got "motion detection". Whats wrong with setting? Why will my door bell not recognize people anymore?? Please see pic from when its working, this was the last time i got "person detecded"
