White solid light

Hi. I have installed the ring doorbell wired and it seems to have a solid white light on it constantly. Is this normal? If so, can it be turned off?

Hi there, @Natsleighton! It is normal to see an LED of some sort as indication that your device is operating and powered up. When first powering on, you will often see blinking LED patterns indicating powering and setup mode. You may also see additional lights throughout the setup for things like connecting and updates. Thereafter, your Video Doorbell Wired will display a light for normal operations. The LED lights cannot be disabled at this time.
