Voice message notications

Until about ten days ago, I received voice messages (e.g., "Motion detected at your front door," etc.). That has stopped and now I can't find it as an option on any of my mobile devices.Has that feature been removed? If not, how can I enable it on my PC (running Windows), my Apple devices (iPhone and iPad) and my Android phone?(Note: On my miPads and phones there used to be a lengthy list of notification sounds, all identified as Ring sounds. That list is gone.)This change occurred with no notice to me.
