Hi @Renjithg. How do you have your Video Storage configured? This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360047871752-Understanding-and-Adjusting-Your-Video-Storage-Time-) will explain how this feature works. If you haven't saved these videos, or they're beyond your set storage time, they will not be able to be retrieved.
