Video freezes but audio is recorded

I've had my Ring Video Doorbell Pro with Ring Chime Pro for over a year. Recently video began freezing. I'm trying to test the health of the unit, but really am in over my head. So far, this is what I've checked: RSSI-65. This is the share link to view the video.
