I’ve changed my wifi and its password so need to reprogram my XXXX Ring Video wired doorbell. I bought the special Ring screwdriver to remove the security screw. It’s now out but I cannot remove the faceplate. I even tried sticking a screwdriver around the edges, but it won’t budge. I’m a DIY old lady who needs help!
