Hi @maru. The Ring Pro requires a power source of 16-24 VAC. If the power supply is less than that, you'll be unable to get your Ring Pro to function properly. You may need to upgrade your doorbell [Transformer](https://ring.com/collections/accessories/products/hardwired-transformer) to get your Ring Pro to function properly. I hope this helps!
