Video Doorbell Pro Stopped - Pro Battery dead?
Video Doorbell Pro stoped. Unit will not charge (wires live to unit - can cross wire and hear wired doorbell). No power, no spinning circle. Detached unit and tried running voltage directly, still no lit circle. Replace doorbell or only the battery located in the doorbell housing? What new models and/or parts do I need?

While the Ring Doorbell Pro is hardwired, it does indeed have a battery within the housing.
