Just installed new wired Pro 2 doorbell with new transformer. Getting 16V to the doorbell. Everything seems to work great, but the doorbell feels warm. It's not hot enough to burn, but definitely warm enough to have me a little worried.

Hi @Tesco. Safety is a top priority, so it may be good to double-check the installation instructions for the Doorbell Pro 2 [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360054675132-Video-Doorbell-Pro-2-Installation-guide-) and ensure that everything with your Doorbell's installation looks good. In particular, make sure the correct screws were used, as outlined in the Help Center Article I shared. If you use the wrong screws to secure the Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2, you could damage the device, create a fire hazard, and be seriously injured. If you're not sure and you're still having some concerns with the temperature of your Doorbell, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406) so they can help safely handle this with you. If you are outside of the US, please visit [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406)to see how to contact support.
