My Ring device is set for 30 second videos. The videos do last for that long but the action stops after only a few seconds and then it's like a paused video for the duration of the time. Every so often I will get the entire video but that's rare.

Hi @tae111. What is the RSSI for your device? You can find this in the Device Health section of the Ring app. The concern you are explaining sounds like it is due to a low RSSI.
