Hi @DannoLINY. I would recommend to try to give the device a reset first by pressing and holding the setup button for 30 seconds. After this time has passed, see if you can press the button again to put the device into setup mode and see if you get power to the device. For the instance that you still get no power to the device, please disconnect the Pro from power by removing it from the doorbell wires or turning off the circuit breaker. Make sure you leave the device disconnected for at least one minute before reconnecting it and see if you get any power. Let me know how this goes!
