Hi, first time ring user , I have a Greenbrook DHT01AN-C wired house doorbell , I’ve bought a ring deal , a wired ring doorbell and echo dot , I can’t seem to find enough info as to wether the bell I have is compatible with the ring doorbell?? I’ll enclose a pic , guessing this has been asked a few times , sorry if it has , and thanks in advance if anyone can help . ![image|375x500](upload://94Rbu63XDWmlckWfBTPdpQJAQCO.jpeg)

Hi @user7668. The [Video Doorbell Wired](https://ring.com/products/video-doorbell-wired) requires an existing doorbell system, a [Ring Plug-In Adapter](https://ring.com/products/video-doorbell-plugin-adapter-gen-2) or a transformer for power supply. The power requirements for the transformer are: 10-24 VAC, 40VA max, 50/60Hz, or 24VDC, 0.5A, 12W. It's important to note that the Video Doorbell Wired will not ring your internal chime kit, but you can use a [Ring Chime](https://ring.com/products/chime-gen2) or compatible Alexa device to hear audible alerts in your home.
