Hello,I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out regarding an issue I’m experiencing with my Ring doorbell. The device is currently linked to my old email address, which I no longer have access to. I recently registered a new email address and attempted to transfer the ownership of my Ring doorbell to this new account. However, after scanning the QR code, I was informed that there is a 15-day waiting period for approval.Unfortunately, waiting for 15 days to resolve this issue is not feasible for me, as I need to maintain continuous security monitoring at my residence. I would greatly appreciate it if you could expedite this process or provide an alternative solution that would allow me to link my doorbell to the new email address more quickly.Please let me know if any additional information is required from my end to facilitate this request. Hi @user_667f00. This Help Center page has the process on Device Ownership Transfers. If you do not have access to your previous account to remove the Doorbell, you have to follow the steps that are mentioned in the article. The article also states that Ring support cannot expedite requests to release devices.
