Timeline on iPhone?

I noticed on my wife's iPhone 11 she can't bring up the timeline for my video doorbell, however on my Pixel 3a I can see the timeline. Is this a temporary bug? Can we get timeline back for iPhone?

Hi @esender. In your wife's phone, can you have her go into the Main Menu \> Account \> and then scroll down and toggle on the Event History Timeline? She will need to ensure she has this on to have the Timeline show up for her! In the event that she still does not see it, have her delete the Ring app from her phone, reboot her phone and then reinstall the app to see if that helps it show up! Let me know. :)
