Ring Video Doorbell
Stymied by 5 digit PIN to change wifi network
Hello, Have had a RING Video doorbell since 2021. It works fine but the wifi connection RSSI=62 is OK. we recently bought a wifi range extender and I am trying to change the connection between the doorbell and the router to the doorbell and range extender. When I use the App to change the wifi network I get to the step where the App and device connect and I get the spinning white circle. When I click next in the App I am prompted to enter a 5 digit PIN from underneath a QR CODE. I can’t find the QR code/PIN. How do I proceed?

Hi @user_ossqb1. The PIN should be on the Doorbell. What exact model do you have?
