Stopping Notifications on an iphone
On an Android phone it is possible to stop notifications from a ring device coming through to an individual device, this is not possible using the iphone app. Can anyone explain how this can be achieved on an iphone? The step for the Android app are given below: • Select device • Device Settings • Notification Settings • App Alert Tones • Motion Alerts / Ring Alerts • Show Notifications (disable) • Notifications from this category are blocked When this has been done neither alerts or popups are displayed for the Ring device on the Android phone the settings were changed on. This does not effect any other phone logged into the account.

Hi @Conrad1. The only similar steps I know of to accomplish this on iOS would be to disable notifications for the Ring app. To do so, follow these steps: * Go to your phone's settings. * Scroll down until you find the Ring app and select it. * Select Notifications * Toggle off "Allow Notifications" I hope this helps.
