Recently purchased a solar panel for the 2nd gen ring door bell.. I fully charged the battery as it says to do before connecting the solar And the ring door bell says it’s connected to the solar but the battery is still going down It gets sunlight most of the day so that isn’t the issue.. Any help

Hi @user_4b61c1. In order to extend the lifetime of the lithium-ion battery, your Solar Charger or Solar Panel will not begin charging your battery until its percentage drops below 90%. Has yours dropped lower than this?
