Solar Panel Recognition

Question

Doorbell goes back and forth recognizing and not recognizing the solar panel. Does it only recognize it when there is sun on it?

Hi @rwtrader. Correct, your Solar Panel will only show up as connected in the Ring app while receiving direct sunlight. Also, if the battery is more than 90% charged, it may appear as not connected.
