Solar panel not connecting
I have a video ring doorbell 3, not hard wired, so we bought a solar panel to help keep the battery charged....well,.the solar panel won't charge the doorbell....not sure why....its completely charged from the sun, in a well lit space to get 6+ hours of sun, but when I check the solar status in the ring app, it still says not connected!!? very, vwey frustrating.

Hi @user_450617. I recommend making sure your Solar Charger is getting direct sunlight for a few hours. You also want to double-check that your Solar Charger is connected to your Doorbell correctly. Reboot your Doorbell using the Ring app as well. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
