Solar Charger Class Action Law Suit?

When my door bell was running out of battery every three days Ring suggested and sold me a Solar Charger. It seemed to work for a month or so, then nothing. It doesn’t even show in the status now. Reading through all the other posts here it’s obvious their Solar Charger is a dud. But they keep selling people on them, even after they know there’s so many problems with them. How can a company get away with such poor service in such a linked world?
