Snapshot feature of wired ring doobel not showing on timeline

Snapshot feature not showing on timeline of the wired ring doorbel. In addition, when ending the live camera view, the application crashes, shows a black screen and does not allow viewing the videos and images in the snapshot timeline history. I subscribe to the basic protect plan. This problem has been occurring since November 2021 and I can't get any help from you guys to solve it. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the app and ring doorbel, several times and it didn't solve the problem.
