Hi, is it possible to add the facility to generate your own “smart response”? I want one that states:- Hello, sorry I’m not home at the moment. If you have a parcel please leave in the shed, this area is covered by CCTV. Thank you.

    Hi @user67315. You cannot make custom Smart Responses. I found this Feature Request [post](https://community.ring.com/t/custom-more-quick-replies/118463) where others have suggested this idea. Feel free to vote and comment on it.
