Hi @user24780. Are you referring to the [Motion Warning](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360048674751-Motion-Warning-Information) feature, where your Doorbell plays a message that says: "Hi, you are currently being recorded"? If so, this feature is only supposed to be available for our neighbors in the United States at this time, and I'd recommend following up with our support team so they can review the settings on your account.
