Set up issues
Hi, I recently brought a ring doorbell camera gen 2, I was trying to set it up but it’s not showing the white spinning light. I even press the orange button for 20 seconds it’s still not showing even though it’s fully charged.

Hi @user_2f380e. Make sure the battery has been fully charged before attempting to complete the in-app setup process. Using the provided charging cable in a standard power outlet, it can take about 6-8 hours to fully charge the battery. If the Doorbell is still not going into setup mode after inserting a fully charged battery, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.
