Security screwdriver too long. Can a much shorter/smaller one be sent out?!

I think we may have been the only idiots to have installed their video doorbell too close to our window ledge which has meant we cant use the security screwdriver to affix the face plate with the security screw, as it is too long to fit into the space we have left. Is there any way that there is a much shorter screwdriver or the star shaped piece on an angle (allen key type?!) that can be sent to us to allow us to fix this?! Thank you.

You can buy one on Amazon for about $3 and have it in 2 days. You have a unique use case. Not sure Ring stocks exactly what you need.

Did you ever find the tool you needed? We have the exact same situation: installed it above some decorative brick trim, too close for the security screwdriver to get in there. I hoped I could find an Allen wrench with the correct driver tip, but no luck so far.
