Rust on our Ring doorbell
On our ring door bell the bronze one we have a lot of rust sparkles and it’s 9 months old 😕 it’s the ring doorbell 2

Hi there, @Suusje! This should not happen, although weather conditions can differ by region. Despite the marks on the faceplate, your Video Doorbell should operate as intended. Try wiping the faceplate to ensure it is not debris. We do offer many faceplates on our accessories page at Ring.com. I hope this helps! :)
